About Lucky Dragon
Lucky Dragon is a chinese restaurant in Columbus, Ohio. It is listed at 2800 N High St, Columbus, OH 43202, which places it among the local businesses of Columbus that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Columbus; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in Ohio are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 11 am–9:50 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (614) 263-6899. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is luckydragoncolumbusoh.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
With 4.1 out of 5 on Google from 593 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for chinese restaurants in Columbus. Recent reviews are the best guide.

First visit to Lucky Dragon, and it definitely won’t be my last. What we ordered: • Spicy Szechuan Chicken – $16.95 • House Egg Foo Young – $17.95 • Egg Drop Soup • Wonton Soup The Spicy Szechuan Chicken was my favorite. The chicken was tender, the vegetables still had some texture, and the Szechuan sauce had a nice kick without overwhelming the dish. The portion was generous and easily made leftovers. The biggest surprise was the House Egg Foo Young. I’d avoided trying it for years because I’m not a big egg fan, and the traditional brown sauce never looked appealing. My mom ordered the sauce on the side, and I’m glad she did. The patties were crispy on the outside, soft inside, and packed with shrimp, onions, and bean sprouts. I still wouldn’t order it as my own entrée, but I’d absolutely share it. If you’re curious about Egg Foo Young, asking for the sauce on the side is a great way to try it. The Egg Drop Soup was my mom’s, and she enjoyed it. I usually order wonton soup anywhere I go, but this one wasn’t for me. The broth tasted bland and a little greasy, and I didn’t care for the slices of pork that came with it. One thing that stood out was the menu. Beyond the familiar

My husband and I went here to eat for Valentines Day, the service was great and the place was very clean. The food came quick and the quality was exceptional! They gave us a pretty big plate size for a good price. And the best part… they have parking! Thank you Lucky Dragon for the service you provide!

I visited Lucky Dragon recently and honestly, it was one of the best Chinese meals I’ve had in a while. I completely forgot to take a photo of the food — that’s how good it was! The fried rice was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. You can really tell they care about quality. The restaurant itself is very spacious, clean, and welcoming. The atmosphere makes it a great place to dine in, whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down for dinner with friends or family. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive — they made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. If you’re looking for delicious Chinese food in a comfortable setting, Lucky Dragon is definitely worth checking out. Fried rice was basically white rice with a little bit of egg in it. The General Tso’s was alright, but not really flavorful. My coworker ordered the orange chicken and it was so gross and mushy looking. She tried a bite and threw the rest out. Ordered egg rolls and one only got one roll. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
